The department constantly carries out significant work to improve teaching methods: situational approach, simulation exercises, etc. A new element in the educational process was the introduction of distance learning. In the process of learning active methods are used:

game techniques – analysis of specific situations, simulation exercises, situational tasks, business games;
management training – the method of “brainstorming”, questionnaires, testing.

Learning the methods of group and individual creative search is carried out through the use of situations or “cases”. Students are offered a set of situations that differ in volume, structure of the proposed material, the degree of information saturation, the nature of the problem, the degree of uncertainty of the solution, which allows to formulate different goals of “cases”: to teach students to “sort” information to solve this problem. identify key issues, form action programs.

Despite the high complexity of game methods for the teacher, in the study of disciplines were developed and tested simulation exercises:

“Restructuring of the enterprise”. In solving it, students learned to perform a number of actions: formulate the mission and strategic goals of the company, form a group to develop a restructuring plan, allocate business units, develop organizational structure, determine the strategic position of units by analyzing “factors”, form strategies based on SWOT data. analysis;

“Designing the organizational structure of the enterprise.” The purpose of this exercise is to develop an adaptive organizational structure of a modern corporation.
