In 1978, he graduated from Vinnytsia State Pedagogical Institute, now a university;

In 2000, he graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.

In 1986, he defended his dissertation for the title of Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences in the specialty 01.01.06 “Mathematical Logic, Algebra and Number Theory” on the topic “On the decompositions of operations by means of non-repeating superpositions”,

In 2001 he received a certificate of associate professor of algebra and methods of teaching mathematics.

In 2008, he defended his dissertation for the title of Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences in the specialty 01.01.06 “Algebra and Number Theory” on “Associates and decompositions of multi-place operations”.

In 2015, as Vice-Rector for Science and International Relations at the University of Ukraine, he visited 5 states on inclusive education at the invitation of the US government.

He teaches courses: “Reversible Multilinear Functions”, “Discrete Mathematics”, “Methodology and Organization of Scientific Activity”.

Main directions of scientific research:

    • classification and solution of functional equations on reversible two-place and multi-place functions, i.e. on quasigroups.
    • classification of identities on quasigroups and description of the corresponding manifolds of quasigroups.
    • Latin squares, cubes and hypercubes, their continuation and orthogonality.
    • abstract characteristics of classes of algebras of multisite operations.
    • description and classification of quasigroups of small order and their application in cryptography.
    • orthogonality of multilocation operations.
    • classification of decompositions of multilocation operations.

He is the founder and head of the Ukrainian scientific mathematical school “Multiple Inverse Functions”. He has 5 defended PhDs in Physics and Mathematics. Manages the educational and scientific activities of students and postgraduates.
