He graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics of Donetsk National University in 1997 with a degree in Applied Mathematics. In 1997-2000, he studied in full-time postgraduate studies at the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theory of Control Systems, Faculty of Mathematics, Donetsk National University. He was engaged in scientific and pedagogical activities. He participated in the practical development and implementation of information systems.

From November 2003 to January 2011, he held the position of Deputy Chief Accountant of Donetsk National University, heading the Department of Payments to Employees and Scholarship Holders. He was a member of the scholarship committee and a member of the labor dispute committee.

Since September 2011, he has been a senior lecturer at the Department of Management Information Systems.

In 2019, according to the document on higher education, he received a master’s degree in information, library and archival affairs.

Candidate of Economic Sciences since 2021. The dissertation on the topic “Quality Management of Higher Education Institutions” was defended on December 23, 2020 at the Specialized Academic Council D 67.052.05 at Kherson National Technical University of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, specialty 08.00.04 – Economics and Management of Enterprises (by type of economic activity).

Teaches courses: “Information Technologies, Organization of Database Management, Electronic Document Management, Design of Information Systems and Electronic Business Communications, Practical Application of Electronic Services.

In-depth knowledge and teaching of information processing technologies: MS Word, MS Excel (Google Table), MS Power Point, MS Power Quary (M language), MS Power Pivot, MS Power BI (DAX language), etc.

Main areas of research:

    • business intelligence support technologies;
    • modeling of business processes of electronic document management at enterprises;
    • design and development of integrated information systems for personnel management;
    • development of mechanisms to support management decision-making in expert systems;
    • intellectual analysis and data visualization;
    • quality management of higher education institutions.

He provides scientific advice to institutions, enterprises, organizations on the development, implementation and support of information systems.

He has 33 publications: 15 articles in professional journals and collections, 13 abstracts in the collections of All-Ukrainian scientific and international conferences, and in the collections of seminars, 3 monographs (co-authored), 2 teaching and methodological support.
