In 2001, she received a specialist diploma from the Institute of Journalism, Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University. Studied at the graduate school of the Institute of Journalism, Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University, researching the topic of self-regulation models of mass media (European and world experience).

She has 29 years of professional experience: practicing journalist since 1994. In 1995, she was a finalist in the all-Ukrainian youth competition “Journalist No. 1”, according to the rating of the Union of Journalists of Ukraine. Member of the National Union of Journalists.

She went from a correspondent of the regional newspaper “Podilska Zorya” to the head of the information and policy department of the Vinnytsia regional weekly “33rd Channel”. From 1998 to 2002, she was a correspondent of the UNIAN news agency, and from 2007 to 2009, she was the editor of the Vinnytsia editorial office of the agency. She worked as the chief news editor of the radio block at the representative offices of the all-Ukrainian radio studios “Gala-Radio”, “Dovira”, “Nashe Radio”.

Since 2003, she has been the project manager of the Vinnytsia Press Club. More than 30 implemented media projects, including: “Media school on RES (renewable energy sources) for regional journalists” (USAID), “Audio diary of reforms – Vinnytsia in touch”, “Monitoring campaign of election processes in Vinnytsia and Zhytomyr regions”, “Monitoring professional standards of journalism and “jeans” [advertorials]” (“Detector Media”), “Monitoring of regional and local media regarding gender sensitivity”, “Regional Voices for Democracy” (DVV International), “Public Monitoring of Public Procurement in Vinnytsia Region” by World Bank, trainings for state press secretaries, “Raising the professional level of court reporters”. Head of information campaigns “Pilot project of medical reform in Vinnytsia region”, World Bank, “Young leaders of Vinnytsia Region 2009”, “Young leaders of Vinnytsia Region 2010”.

From 2005 to the present day, she is the head of the Independent Public Media Center “Vinnytsia Choice”, which specializes in covering election campaigns of various levels of representation. She graduated from the “Electoral School” of IFES Ukraine – the International Foundation for Electoral Systems.

She completed an internship under the program of the Eastern European Center (Warsaw) – “Development of an independent press in Poland”, an internship in the Scandinavian countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway) “Experience of the formation of an independent press”, an internship in the USA under the program of training NGO managers under the program “Community Connections” with the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
