She graduated from Donetsk State University in 1995 with honors in the specialty “Documentation and Documentation Support for Management” with the qualification “Organizer of Entrepreneurial Activity.”
In 2004, she defended her thesis for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences at the specialized academic council of Donetsk National University in the specialty 08.02.02 – “Economics and Management of Scientific and Technological Progress” on the topic “Management of Organizational Changes in the System of Innovative Management of an Enterprise.” In 2011, she received the academic title of Associate Professor of the Department of Economic Cybernetics.
She has been working at Donetsk National University since December 2002:

She is a certified trainer with experience in developing and conducting training courses on managerial communication, teamwork, self-management, organizational change management, and emotional intelligence. In 2016, she was a regional agent for ProZorro in the Vinnytsia region, conducting training events on “Public procurement reform and the ProZorro electronic procurement system” for local government bodies.
