She graduated from Donetsk State University in 1994 with a degree in History. She was awarded the qualification of a specialist “Historian, Teacher of History”. From 1994 to 1998, she studied at the postgraduate program of Donetsk State University. In 1999, she defended her PhD thesis at the Specialized Academic Council of Donetsk State University in the specialty 07.00.02 World History.

Her doctoral dissertation was defended in 2018 in the specialty 23.00.02 – Political Institutions and Processes at the V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (Kyiv).

Since 1999 he has been working at the Department of Political Science of DonNU. She was awarded the academic title of associate professor on October 21, 2004. From 2004-2017 she worked as an associate professor at the department. Since 2017, she has been the Head of the Department of Political Science and Public Administration.

Teaches courses: “Comparative Politics”, “Methodology of Political Science”, “World Politics”, “Public Policy and Public Administration”, “Political Science”.

Expert of the National Agency for the Quality of Higher Education of Ukraine in the specialty 052 Political Science, 032 History and Archeology.

He is the founder and head of the School of Public Policy. He has 2 defended PhDs.

He has more than 150 scientific publications and educational and methodological works in Ukraine, the Czech Republic, Poland, and Russia, including two monographs.
